so i was having a conversation with my nan who gave me some advice on loosing weight she says in her day they told you to eat a big breakfast a smaller lunch then a tiny dinner as she believes this is the best way to loose weight

so is this true or just an old wives tale
ive never been a big breakfast eater is this where im going wrong :bigsmile:

    If you are stuck I say it's worth a go! I doubt it will do you any harm as long as you stick to your calories and eat properly! As I understand it the theory behind this is basically that you burn fewer calories in the evening when you are sitting relaxing and a night when you are sleeping. This means that you don't need to eat so many calories at that time. No idea if it really works that way but I would love to know if it works for anyone! On the breakfast note you really should eat it! It boosts your metabolism and gets it going for the day!
