so i was having a conversation with my nan who gave me some advice on loosing weight she says in her day they told you to eat a big breakfast a smaller lunch then a tiny dinner as she believes this is the best way to loose weight
so is this true or just an old wives tale

Depends on the person whats works best for them..but calories in vs calories out will always work0

If you are stuck I say it's worth a go! I doubt it will do you any harm as long as you stick to your calories and eat properly! As I understand it the theory behind this is basically that you burn fewer calories in the evening when you are sitting relaxing and a night when you are sleeping. This means that you don't need to eat so many calories at that time. No idea if it really works that way but I would love to know if it works for anyone! On the breakfast note you really should eat it! It boosts your metabolism and gets it going for the day!0
