1,200 cals a day target - perfect balance?

Hi guys,

I'm aiming to eat 1,200 cals a day but whenever I log my entries I always struggle to hit the recommended figures for carbs, protein, fat etc. I often go over the carbs and protein, I never go over the fat it seems. Does anyone else experience this? And does anyone have recommendations for what particular foods I should eat to ensure I don't go over 1,200 AND hit the right targets for carbs, protein and fat?
