I am 5'10 and am already in pretty good shape with a lot of muscle, no stomach fat etc. I weight 200 lbs. and am trying to loose about 15 or so. MFP has be at 1640 a day, does that seem normal? I work out 6 days a week too.

Double check all of your settings and then trust MFP's calorie limit. Your lifestyle/activity setting should reflect your occupation, not your dedicated workouts. Log your workouts in the Exercise tab and eat back all (or most) of your extra earned calories.
With 15 lbs. to lose your weight loss goal should be set at losing 1 lb. per week.
If you do strength training as part of your fitness routine (and you should), consider adjusting MFP's default macro percentages, but still keep the total calorie limit. MFP's default for protein (15%) is dreadfully low. Go to My Home>>Goals>>Change Goals>>Custom. Save your changes. If you lift HEAVY weights 3x per week, a better range for protein is 25-35% of total calories.0
