30lb to lose

My name is Carrie. I joined because my friend told me to. LoL. I decided that I am only going to track what I eat during the week because weekends are too crazy to track. Also, I'm going to try to watch portions but eat the same foods I always did at first to see exactly what I am eating... kind of like an observation period. I have 30lb to lose. I weigh 165lb and I'd like to get down to 135lb. I will be starting Zumba again as soon as my health permits me to so that should be a huge help too. Even if I only get down to 145lbs I will be happy. Although I am trying to lose weight for my health, I'm also hoping that I will be at my target weight when I get pregnant. For one, it will be less weight I'll have to lose after I have the baby. For another, I'll actually be able to watch my stomach grow into a little ball instead of already having a big belly. LoL! I know this post probably isn't very interesting but I just had to get it all out there.
