Ok, So I just had a baby 2 months ago and I am really needing to lose weight! I am back to my pre pregnancy weight from my 2 month old but I am still packing around extra weight from my son who is now 3...pathetic I know!! Anyways, I am looking to lose about 40lbs and would like to have it gone by about mid-May to early June...for swimsuit season and we have 2 weddings to go to this summer! I have heard several mixed reviews on Body by vi so i am looking for some more opinions from people that have actually tried it! I am currently watching what i eat and running 3-4 days/week...but not seeing any change, I think i need an extra boost to start my weight loss. Please share your experiences(good or bad) along with what else you did besides just drinking the shakes...what kind of snacks/meals/exercise/etc. Thanks for all your help and support :-)

Personally I think it's a waste. It doesn't really teach you much about healthy eating and changing your lifestyle as you are drinking the shakes twice a day and having a meal. It's expensive and you can get the same results with calorie counting and exercise.0
