The agony of Da Feet!

Ok so I have had great success running and NEVER thought I would hear myself say I enjoy it so much, but at night when I get into bed I get terrible cramps in my feet. Anyone else have experience with these? Any suggestions on how to minimize them?
I run 3-4 miles first thing in the morning (5AM) 4- 5x a week.

    Are you wearing the right type of running shoes, I wonder? Check out a Fleet Feet or similar.

    Yes I bought a good pair of New Balance running shoes. They fit comfortably and don't hurt when I run, or throughout the day. Only when I lay down at night, (or recline in my favorite chair to read)
