Hello all, I know about this website from last year but was not very serious about the fitness. Although I know the consequences of weight gain but wasn't so serious due to laziness. I decide today that enough is enough and lets start it again. So I am 5'8" tall and weigh 203 lb. and my goal is to reduce to 160 lb. I need some serious friend who can help me achieving this gaol. I will appreciate your serious advices. Thanks
