Looking for friends who train!

Hi everyone,
I joined mfp about a year ago and have took my weight from a high between 230 & 240 down to 168 lbs in mid December. I've since changed my goals from losing fat to gaining muscle. I've upped my caloric intake and have been weight training 3-4 times per week for the past month. I'm looking for some friends on here who weight train frequently. I'd appreciate your input, experience and motivation. My goal is to put on some muscle mass before the summer.

I train, but sorry to say i don't do curls and crunches. If that is the kind of friend you are looking for.
I do heavy work, i don't body build i don't care how my body looks i just want it to perform!0 -
I work long hours and don't have time for much else so my training is primarily designed to make me not look like the sloth that I am.0
