Hi, my name is Lisa and I started using myfitnesspal last week - I'm down 11 lbs (I'm sure it's water weight) but none the less I'll take it. I love this, it is so easy and I use the phone app so I use it all the time. Hope to continue seeing great results I have a LONG way to go.
