Difficult schedule

Hi, I have been on and off of MyFitnessPal several times, and also used Diet and Exercise program on Palm/computer several years ago. This really works when you track food/exercise, and I'm running or swimming every day currently. Want to lose up to 10 kg (or 20 pounds more or less), and since restarting last week my progress is good. My problem is when I travel outside the country, and my consulting work gets intense, I can't keep up much exercise and eat more food from stress. Anybody else have challenges with work disrupting diet/exercise program?
