Upper Body Workouts

I have been focusing on my legs so much that I feel that I have igrored the rest of my body. I've found loads of core body workouts, but not that many for my arms. Any suggestions are welcome. My right shoulder isn't as strong as my left due to an old injury. I'm hoping to find something that both works muscles and tones away the flab I have on my upperarms. I want to wear sleeveless shirts this spring :)

    Strength training. Strangely I have been doing a lot of it and feel like I don't get to work my legs enough! That said, I went to a Body Combat class yesterday which is basically a kickboxing class choreographed to upbeat music, a lot of punches, really worked my upper body well! So maybe you can try out a kickboxing class or a DVD?
