I posted a topic about deployment earlier and so many people replied. I thought that since there were so many military spouses on here going through the military lifestyle and a also the weight loss journey, we could support eachother!!!

Things get crazy on so many levels when you are apart of a military family and support is always needed!!

Search "Healthy Military Spouses" in the groups and join!! It's public and I know everyone would love to talk "shop" and weight loss with those that "get it"!!!
