whats the best way to increase calories without gaining after coming off a diet? and how many calories should you mantain at? help please!! xx

calculate how quickly you were losing before reaching goal.
If 1 pound lost per week thats equivalent to a 500 deficit, so eat 500 more than you were eating.
If 1/2 pound then 250 more than you were eating.0 -
You can go back in and reset your goals for maintenance.0

I believe there is an option on here, where you add your goals, to 'maintain weight'. Try that for guidance.0
