Figuring calories burned while walking....

I am walking daily while pushing my son in a stroller (total pushing weight of over 50lbs).....I have found calculators that show how many calories burned while walking up hill and separate numbers for pushing a stroller...do I add these together? The numbers shown for just pushing a stroller is less than just walking at my typical pace (about 3.5mph). I don't normally take into account pushing the stroller...but after today's hill I decided I probably should!

If you have a smart phone you should be able to have an app I use track my run and it will tell you how far and how fast you are walking on average then you can add in "weights" or stroller after that to get a better calculation0
