Mini Raspberry Cheesecake Bites!

Ok so every holiday I am in charge of making a dessert, but I try to push my healthful eating habits on the rest of my family (without them knowing so they can't complain!). Last year I decided to make these mini raspberry cheesecake bites, a simple "recipe" (no cooking required) that I came up with myself.
I know for me, I LOVE cheesecake, but just like there is the "three bite rule" that says you can actually satisfy a craving in three bites and don't really need to eat the whole thing, I realized that I always eat myself sick when I have a piece of cheesecake because deep down I don't really want, or need, the whole thing. Pop a few of these in your mouth and they should satisfy the cheesecake craving you're having!
You can use any fruit you'd like for this, but I chose to use raspberries because they were easy & delicious.
What you'll need:
1 box of Nabisco Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
1 jar of Smuckers Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
1 tub of Philadelphia Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling (refrigerated by the cream cheese/pudding section in the supermarket)
1 container of fresh raspberries
1 bottle of Sugar Free Raspberry or Chocolate Syrup
Steps:
1) Take each individual Nilla Wafer and flip it over so the FLAT side is facing UP for decorating
2) Coat the flat side of each Nilla Wafer with a tiny bit of the SF Raspberry Jam
3) Take one teaspoon of the Philadephia Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling and plop it on top of the Nilla Wafer and jam
4) Press one fresh raspberry on top
5) Optional: Drizzle with a little bit of the Sugar Free Raspberry or Chocolate Syrup
6) Enjoy and satisfy your cheesecake craving!
*Please keep in mind you are not having the full serving size of these products. I found 2-3 of these yummy little bites was enough to fix my craving and keep me more than satisfied! For example, the Philadelphia Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling has 260 calories per serving, which is 1/8 of the tub!! That's enough for 1-2 slices of cheese cake! Here you are only using ONE teaspoon per cheesecake bite, at most one tablespoon!
I figure that each cheesecake bite has approx. only 58-73 calories! (58 if the SF syrup has 0 calories, Hershey's SF Chocolate has 15 cal per serving)
TOTAL Calories if you used the FULL serving size of each product:
Nabisco Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
Serving Size: 8 Wafers - Calories: 120 (15 per wafer)
Smuckers Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
Serving Size: 1 tsp - Calories: 20 (10 per 1/2 tsp, which is what I used on each wafer)
Fresh Raspberries
Serving Size: 10 Raspberries - Calories: 10 (1 calorie per Raspberry/per wafer)
Philadelphia Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling
Serving Size: 1/8 of tub or 86grams - Calories: 260 (32 calories per wafer)
Sugar free Raspberry or Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Serving Size: 2 TBSP - Calories: 0-15 (0 for raspberry, 15 for Hershey's SF Chocolate Syrup- use only a drizzle on wafers!)
ENJOY THESE LITTLE TREATS!! =P
