Eczema and Exercise

Hi all.

I recently started working out again. I try to work out several days a week. Unfortunately, when I work out, I can't keep my eczema under control, specifically on my face. Sweating on eczema is extremely painful. Does anyone have the same problem? Any suggestions? I try to wash my face immediately following a workout. I also use prescription creams and try to keep my face as hydrated as I can. When I'm desperate, I will take a benedryl at night which sometimes seems to help.
