I am very worried about my exercise plan.. I dont know what to do? I have three more days till the surgery and I am hitting the gym every day till then to work my upper body as much as I can. worried about cardio big time with the knee..... cant swim with the hand thing after WED . any suggestions? Oh to top it off, I cant take my anti - inflamatory at all now for the knee, cause of the surgery! lol it was the only thing that was helping it:frown:

Do you work on the computer? A "mouse pen" really helps if you work on the computer. Some interesting points of view to ponder before surgery day. (No guarantees with surgery and painful recovery.)

Have you seen wristwand.com? I know four people, myself included, who have elected to do this and we didn't end up having surgery. I don't have carpal tunnel anymore. If you can't afford a wristwand and it's directions (can also be found on ebay). I am one to avoid surgery if at all possible. Check it out and see if it feels light and right for you.

Also heathertickmd.com has an incredible carpal tunnel book. There are exercises to do for carpal tunnel. It's all connected to the back. Surgery just may cure the symptom (carpal tunnel)

Also did acupunture, the deep kind especially for carpal tunnel.

Also an alpha stimulator helps because it releases endorphins to help the area heal.

By the way, Heather Tick has healed many with carpal tunnel. She has proven the belief that we need surgery for carpal tunnel to be an incorrect conclusion.

Have you seen wristwand.com? I don't have carpal tunnel anymore. I did all of the above and recommend this method to all I can with results as great as mine. I am one to avoid surgery if at all possible. Check it out and see if it feels light and right for you.
