I started my weight loss journey the week before Thanksgiving. Great timing right?! Anyways, I lost nearly 10lbs the following month and noticed I stopped losing just before Christmas, and after, and after New Years. I figured I must have just been sneaking in more calories so I tried jogging more miles. But even though I was loging in upwards of 12 miles per week I still wasn't losing anymore. Then I added Jillian Michaels workouts 2-3 times per week and now I've started having MAJOR mood swings and my appetitle has been ridiculous! I feel like my body is fighting me and I'm putting so much effort in with no results!!! Why was it so easy to lose the first 10lbs but now I'm hitting my head against a wall?! Has anyone else had these problems and found a solution? I just started taking Slimquick to help with mood/appettie and it seems to be helping but too soon to see any weight loss.

Make sure you are eating enough to maintain a normal blood sugar. Eat complex sugars bread, meat, milk, ceral in addition to fruits and veggies. I found I need a day or two above my 1200 a day every few weeks so my body doesnt think i'm trying to starve it. Helps me atleast.0

It sounds like you may not be eating enough for your workouts. Try increasing your calories.0
