Yes my bedroom is messy...lol thank god it's mine and not yours! And I am not done yet..I just want people to see me half way through and know you CAN DO THIS TOO!!! It's not easy all the time but I have done it and am still doing it so keep fighting the good fight...IT'S WORTH IT!!

    SOOOO AWESOME! Don't you just look back at the before pictures and think "oh my gosh I had no idea I looked like that"! Or at least I did when I lost 50bls 11 years ago. I couldn't believe I looked that big..... to myself at the time I didn't but when you minus 50lbs huge difference! You have done a wonderful job keep your finish line in sight!!!! Very proud of you!

    Oh poop...I should add the Before photos are me at 232lbs-240lbs(me with dog)...and the during(now)photos are 179lbs...and I am 5 foot 5 inches. :) And thanks every one...lol

    this just made me so excited! thank you for sharing. I am 5'7 and started 15 days ago at 223, im only down 7, but i want to get to like 140, but seeing you at 170 made me excited to even get there!!
