Hit a Plateau

HI all,

I had a great January. Lost 11 pounds by January 21 (started at 250), have more energy and a really horrible skin condition I've been struggling with for over 2 years has started clearing up :)

But now it has been over a week and I keep going up and down by about 1.5 pounds but cannot get or stay below 239. I am starting to get frustrated and discouraged.

Any ideas on how to break a plateau?
