Types of bread

Hi all. I am new to my fitness pal and I am loving it!! My question is what bread is better for you? Whole Wheat, White, Whole Grain?... also is a wrap or Pita better, the same or worse to eat?...

White bread is pretty much useless for you in terms of nutrition. Many of those types of breads contain HFCS (if you're in America) or just tons of extra added sugar for no reason. If you must have white, a few brands are doing whole grain white which is something, at least. The best for you is whole wheat/whole meal. For wraps, I always choose wheat, spinach or tomato. I figure that if I'm going to be eating empty carbs, it can at least have some grains ;-)0

Also try to get rye, pumpernickel, etc. if you can. -- anything but white!0
