Hi All

Have been hiding for a while.. But am back now....... I needed something to give me that extra edge, to push me that extra mile as I am not motivating myself at the moment...

Feeling lonely and all that rubbish, thinking I am never going to get in shape, no matter how hard I try.. Blah blah blah........ Yadda yadda yadda........... BUT............

Cross Fit..... wow, what a buzz, never ever before have I ached after a training session like I did with this, two days after, even three, yes I did push myself...... Oh I love it... It is a shame I can not do it twice a day.......... I have found my new love.......... Now I am happy being single, being myself... I love to train and push myself, this is my dream come true... With so much going on Cross Fit came into my life just when I thought there was nothing for me that I could do or want to do....

Had a lesson yesterday, loved it and ached, then in the evening went to TKD, yes I am back and yes I am feeling on top of the world... the only think missing is a winning lotto ticket!

Anyone else tried it? (not the lottery, Cross Fit) Your thoughts??? xxx

Snogs xx

Crossfit is a great way to get in shape if that sort of structure works for you. Just be careful, Crossfit creates a lot of injuries, mostly due to coaches giving poor and minimal lifting instruction.

Thank you for your input, but to be honest anyone who I have seen in the gyms who I have watched can not lift weight correctly... I have been blessed with coaches who know what they are talking about and best of all I know them and have trained with them before...

I do martial arts 3+ times a week, so injuries are common place, I know if I get an injury it is due to my performance no one else ..

But thank you so much for your input, yes it works for me and the people I have met who have been doing Cross Fit for over 2 years are injury free! how call is that!! Lucky me!

    Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
