    Ran a total of 184.93 miles. Not too bad.

    Not counting tonight, 25.93 miles. It sounds pitiful next to some of you guys, but for me, that is HUGE! I was so sedentary before starting this!

  • goal was set for 100 miles....did 103.5miles....was very happy with that!!

    36 miles walked, specifically for the purpose of walking.... in normal everyday life, probably a billion. My kids keep me on the move =)

    My first month here and weigh in day is Thursday.

    Total 64.88 miles, Time 13:43:18 (walking and cycling)

    The breakdown: 28.46 miles, Time 2:38:01 cycling
    36.42 miles, Time 11:05:17 walking


    Goal for February is 100 miles.

    209 miles but more important to me is 28,600 feet of elevation gain.

    I am astounded at some of the totals. I thought the 200+ mile club was impressive, we’ve got a few 300+ people.
