In 2010 I weighed 182 lbs. Being only 5'9"--I looked fat. I joined WW online and lost 30 pounds over 4 months. Then WW changed their program and I didn't like the changes. I also didn't like having to pay $18/month so I dropped out and started gaining the weight back again. I got up to 167 pounds.
I started tracking my food on MFP January 1 and set an initial goal of 160. I'm eating 1810 calories a day plus 300 to 400 calories more per day depending on how much I exercise.
Today I weighed in at 159.4. I lost more than seven pounds in one month!
It's amazing how fast the weight comes off when you use MFP.
I've set a new goal of 155.
