i just started it otdy and all i can say is WOW, my legs are really starting to get sore and i run on the treadmill everyday so you would think my legs would be used to it.

Good Luck, let me know how it goes for you.

I just got back from vacation and for the entire month prior to leaving, I did the 30 day shred workout every day for 30 days. Combined with strictly adhering to my allowed calories and consuming a LOT of water (about 10 cups/day, which is a lot for me), I lost about 7 pounds in those 30 days. It's a great workout; I love the combination of cardio and strength- I feel like I get the most out of those 30-or- so minutes!

It is really hard for the first week -be prepared to be sore! And although it never gets really easy, it does get easier each time you do it. I also found that added stretching at the end helped prevent soreness the next day.

    Good Luck!

I started level 1 on 3/19. Ten days later, I've lost 4 pounds and 3 inches. I will start level 2 tomorrow. Oh, I will have completed it 8 total days tonight, and I added a few extra other workouts in there too (not everyday though).
