Today I'm more like Pacman - complete with whocka-whocka-whocka sound effects. Thankfully I'm surrounded by healthy snacks, but it's still eating when I'm not hungry. *sigh.

It's probably because I didn't eat a decent breakfast. I ran out the door with a protein shake in my hand. Now I'm grazing at the "planter's mixed nuts' bucket that they have here at the office.
