Tracy Anderson Mat Workout...

Hi,

I've recently (yesterday) started doing the Tracy Anderson Mat Workout as well as 30 Day Shred, and I've no idea how many calories it burns, or even if it shouldn't be logged at cardio at all and simply strength?

I've googled it and have found a couple of places have said it burns (on average) 300 calories, but I can't believe it burns so much more than 30 DS when I can hardly move after that.

Has anyone done this workout DVD and know what to log it as? Any help appreciated!!

    Hi! Are you talking about her Metamorphosis series or her DVD with the book? The mat workouts in the Meta series burn about 200-250 depending on your height/weight. Have you considered a HRM?
