Basic Pilates....Toning Up??

I just started doing some youtube videos lol on pilates, I found a really great 30 min one that focuses on your core and then an additional 8 min only ab....how often should I do them and is there to much?? In addition how much cardio is needed?? I really want to get fit, as well as get to my goal weight. I have maintained where I am at for 2 yrs and really want to be ready for bikini season, any advice is better than none...Thanks!
