For all over body toning and weight loss, Ive maintained my weight for 2 yrs need to tone up, but hate excersize, online pilates 2xs a day 30 mins each, plus speed walking will this work?? Is there a such thing as to often and how long should it take?? Thank You for any advice! Im like fish out of water with exersize lol
