easy salads for lunch

On the weekends I usually grill up a few chicken breasts to have on hand and add it to some of the following combinations:
Fresh spinach, red onion, blood oranges if in season or a regular sweet orange, beets (I usually use Melissa's roasted beets in the produce section or make my own) and some feta.
Mixed salad greens, feta, and strawberries. Simple but always refreshing.
Low sodium white beans, red beans, black beans, a bag of frozen corn, diced poblano pepper, diced jalpeno, half a red onion, cilantro, and half a jar of your favorite salsa. Sometimes I top with shredded cheese. This is also a good mix with eggs or sometimes I eat it in a wrap.
Mixed greens with pulled rotiserrie chicken that I mix a couple of tablespoons of hot sauce with , blue cheese, shredded carrots and diced celery.
Hope that helps.0
