weird feeling..

(I'm french so sorry for the mistakes! ) I started training and eating well since almost a month and i also started the 30 day shred. I'm training a lot and I always have calories left. Even with these factors I feel bigger... the first week i felt smaller, but now it feels like i'm as big as before and that it is not changing. It's quite discoraging.. Does it happens to you too ?
