If you're trying to maintain your weight you can to a few things to help.

1. Drink beverages ice cold
2. Eat ice
3. Take cold showers 77degrees
4. Try to sleep with the temp. at about 72degrees without heavy covers
5. Don't wrap up to much around the house.

The point is getting your body to stay at a constant temp. Of 98.6 degrees burns calories!!!
May not be comfortable but thats great news!!

    The amount of extra calories this burns would probably not be enough to make up how miserable you'd feel. I'd rather go for a run and eat more.

    other than eating ice... this is what I do anyway. I have always been "hot"... my house is never about 69 degrees. My poor husband is always bundled up. I love ice ice cold beverages! Even my coffee.
