I want to record my excercise calories burned but I do not want them to be added in to my daily calorie allowance. How can I stop them from being added?

You don't. MFP is designed for you to eat the calories back (look up skinny fat)

    Just don't log your exercise.
  • I log my exercises but I know my body well enough to know that I, particularly, don't really need to eat those calories back unless I worked out exceptionally hard that day. If i burned 500 calories, I'll eat a 200-calorie Clif bar afterward or during to get the protein that I need, but I try not to go over 2400 cals/day eaten even though my "target" of food-minus-exercise is closer to 2500. The software doesn't yell at you if you aren't eating what it tells you to.
