I'm 51, 210 pounds and walk 4-5 times a week at moderate rate. My BMR is 1660 and my TDEE is 3290. I've been eating 1200-1500 calories (it varies a day). My weight loss has stalled. Can someone help? Thanks so much.

I'm not an expert, but maybe change up your exercise routine?? Your body is accustomed to your workout and it isn't being "challenged" any more. I had the same thing happen - I love walking as an exercise, but I finally decided it wasn't burning the calories it did at the beginning. I supplement the walking with some daily Salsa Dancing to some fun music. My own version of Zumba. My daughter has helped me download some great music to my MP3 player and I send the family elsewhere and dance in my living room for an hour. (Curtains pulled of course - LOL)

Try eating above your BMR by 200 calories for a couple of weeks :) Eating below it can slow down your metabolism and prevent weight loss.
