I love a glass of wine or beer when I cook & with dinner, naughty empty calories. I know it's alot of association...any ideas of how others changed their love of vino is appreciated.

Thanks!

Bud Light has 110 calories per beer. I just make sure I allow it into my daily calories for that one beer after a stressful day at work :)

I allow both beer and wine into my diet daily. I may not drink them every day, but when I do I can enjoy it with the knowledge I've already tracked it. I don't ban any foods from my diet...just have them in moderation.

I love beer and wine too.. I have switched to Miller Genuine Draft 64 only 64 calories and very carbonated. I also occasionally try the Bud Select 55, with only 55 calories, but i think this tastes too watery...

Well one of my hobbies is homebrewing beer so I have lots of it around. The good thing is I can give most of it away as no one turns down free beer. I do limit myself to one on nights I spin. I use it as a reward for a great workout.

Me too. I know that long term I won't and don't want to completely cut out alcohol. I do only tend to drink at weekends, drink more white than I used to as its lower in cals, also sometimes swap wine for a cheeky gin & slimline tonic! I refuse to buy Weightwatchers wine though, if I want proper wine I'll have it. Also buying wine in boxes helps as I don't have to get into the "well I can't leave that small amount in the bottle" mentality!!
