Hi is anyone else on this drug and struggeling? have been having alot of side effects but the extra burst of energy is nice to have. The weightloss is nice too.

    OMG. I went to a diet clinic that put me a on low carb diet with them. I lost the weight with just the pills and dieting but they were so hard on my body that I could no longer take it. I felt so depressed and down all of the time. I was having very bad back pain and yes I was always dehydrated. I still have some but I cannot bring myself to take them. But I have friends that does not have any side effects.
