You just need to find your soulmate workout... what do you enjoy to do? Do you enjoy dancing or running or drills? Do you like to be indoors or outdoors? Do you like group atmosphere or being on your own?
For me, I've found my soulmate workout is Zumba. I only get to do it once a week but I love every minute! The rest of the time I have found workouts that fit into my life and that I enjoy but they don't compare to my soulmate workout. I have done several programs like the FIRM, ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, P90X2..... right now I'm enjoying the results I'm seeing from P90X2.
Good luck to you!

I love pole dancing. I also love going to the gym. Lifting weights can be fun, and although I know lots of people hate cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical, bike), I actually enjoy them, I can turn off my brain and turn on some music, it's great. And who doesn't love sex, although I don't really think of that as exercise, at least not until I'm wondering why my quads are so sore. I'd love hula hooping more I think if I didn't have to worry about bumping in to stuff.
I feel a little sad I've never tried Zumba.0 -
gosh guys I wish I could get a good work out from sex but my guy is a MINUTE man LOL !!! He just got Cialis so hopefully helps him last longer..0

This exercise takes a lot of set up and equipment but its super fun and makes me forget I am even working out.
Dance dance revolution!! you need a playstation, the pads, and a game though. I use double pads because I play on expert but beginners would just need one pad.
I played this every day one summer (not to lose weight, just because I loved it so much) and I wound up losing 15 pounds without even trying! The game is basically jumping repetitively. The more beginner you are it isn't as much of a work out but eventually it gets really hard. and great for the calves! As someone who has to drag herself to the gym and dreads it, this is about the only exercise that i can really get myself into0 -
Another vote for zumba...the studio I go to is amazing. Its like dancing with a bunch of friends at a nightclub, its so fun. Everyone hollering and laughing the whole time. You don't even realize your working out, suddenly you are sweating like crazy and next thing you know, an hour is over and its time to go home. Love, Love, Love it!!! I do think the key is the instructor though...0

Acro is SO fun. I haven't done Zumba, but I hear it's fun. I've taken this cardio kickboxing class a few times that is way fun and I love to just "play" at the gym. My friend and I like to challenge each other with things like handstands and human flags It's awesome0
