I noticed this evening that the nutritional information listed on the package of Bubba Burgers I made for dinner tonight stated that the nutritional info was before cooking. Considering that a fair amount of fat is cooked out of the burgers, is there any way to estimate how many calories are actually eaten? Obviously, there is no down side to using the uncooked numbers, as it will be the highest possible number (420 per burger).

In cases like this I just go with the uncooked numbers :-/0
