Hi everyone!! My name is Kahni (pronounced Connie) and I am a college senior. In high school I thought my time would be better spent focusing on academics; therefore athletics or physical activity of any kind (except for gym class) was out of the picture. My nerdiness has definitely paid off though; I am graduating this May with honors and looking forward to entering graduate school in the fall. However, the complete lack of physical activity has gotten me to a hefty 220lbs :noway: . My goal is to make a lifestyle change not just lose weight. I don’t want to start this new chapter of my life being unhealthy and let’s face it a little unhappy with the way I look. I hope to lose my freshman 15 (times 4) and gain a new perspective on life as I begin this new chapter.
