Hey all I just started logging everything the last two days as I have heard this is a good tool. I noticed when I logged my strength training exercises they did not deduct any calories for this anyone know what to do for this??

go under cardio and search for strength training - it will show calories. logging it under strength training is more to track your progress as far as reps/sets & weight. Good luck!!0

Yup...me too! I guess the site doesn't recognize calories for that.0

Thank you! My husband and I were wondering about that too.0

I usually count 8-10 cal a minute, which is probably close if you're really working hard. Remember... you continue to burn calories LONG after a weight lifting session. Good luck!0

I agree in cardio exercise it does.0
