Temptation!

I work in a health food store 2 days a week. The rest of the week I do soooo well with eating and exercise but when I go to work, there are organic, awesome chocolate bars, candy, tons of fruit, etc. I am surrounded by really great and healthy food and I have sooo much trouble not eating it.

Any tips on how to get through those two days a week. I feel like I could go so much further without setting myself back all the time.

  • chew some gum! or brush your teeth...it will make you not want to nibble..

    I agree about chewing gum.

    sometimes you just have to pretend that stuff isn't there and tell yourself you don't need it... train, trick, or fool yourself and if you keep doing that- eventually it'll be easier. it'll just take a lot of work.
