Why does the walmart bakery not have nutrition facts?

Me and my mom are doing MFP together. We've been doing good for a while and decided to reward ourselves with something small. The problem is that we couldn't find any nutrition labels. We asked someone in the bakery and she said they didn't have any! I thought it was required to have nutrition labels. Why don't they have any? Do other walmarts have them?

  • When you buy from the Walmart Bakery, it's like going into a bakery or restaurant. You usually don't find the nutrition facts there either. Many provide this information on their websites (if they're big enough to have one), but many still don't.

    Go to walmart.com.

Select Grocery & Pets -> Fresh Food

    Then, select Bakery & Bread

See if they have what you're looking for. Most items have the Nutrition Facts.

Otherwise, use something similar in the database.

There are better ways to reward yourself than with food.

Although, to answer your question, I have no idea about the calorie counts. Sorry.
