so i was just diagionsed with diabeties so i have to take insulain and was put on a 1800 cal diat. i weighed 330 when this all started. my wife is very upset and scared so i have to do this.

    You can definitely do it. I'm a nurse and I've seen it happen! Just make sure to take care of yourself and manage your disease. Best of luck :)

    been doing good so far im down to 306 and havent gone over 1800 cal so far but dam i want a larg pizza right now lol
