Motivation! Need some.

I've had the app for awhile not really using it & just learned you could add people. Gonna try to get better about exercising & eating right. Hoping to find some new people to help keep me motivated! Will help try and keep anyone else on track! Thanks!

    Hi Racheyz - I just joined. Heard about from a coworker at my gym. I exercise regulary and need to get back into tracking my food and activity. - Add me if you'd like.

  • well been healthy help you to be fine and not sick ; been over weight doesn't help anyone it just makes yo feel down all the time i would say look for reasons that why you want to make a change in your life, look online for what means to be able to know what you eat and what does to the body!!! stuff like that just think about what is important to you and look for information!!!!
