too full from protein!

I am so full today. I've just raised my net calorie goal 190 calories a day and then I changed my protein percentage to 25%. I feel as though I have been eating all.day.long! I'm still just shy of meeting the protein goal but I just can't eat anymore. Do ya'll have some suggestions on how to add more lean protein throughout the day? Feel free to look at the diary and critique.
