I just wanted to tell you good job and to keep up the hard work. I've seen a lot of threads here for the people who have lost ~100 pounds, which is amazing! But when you're closing in on that goal it doesn't matter if you've lost 10 or 100 pounds, you eventually come to a plateau, which makes it harder to loose inches and pounds.
Are you finding it hard to lose that last bit of weight? What problems are you running into? What have you learned along the way?
I've learned that you can get watches that take your heart rate that do not necessarily have chest straps :blushing:
