Need some support / help !

I'm getting discouraged...my first two weeks on here I lost 11 lbs. Since Sat my weight hasn't moved at all. I couldn't have hit the wall already could I ??? I'm eating my 1200 calories daily faithfully too ! Just seems that as soon as the 2 week mark came..it stopped Help !!

Don't get discouraged, 11 pounds is a significate weight loss in a 2 week period! It may just be that your body is adjusting to the change. One thing to remember is that as you lose the weight your caloric consumption or your work out routing has to change along with it! (GOOD) Food is fuel and the more you have, the more you'll loose! Every two weeks is a good time to up your work out routine, push yourself just a little further then last time so your not hitting a lull, at least these are the things I've found to be effective!!0
