Hi, my name is Jenny. First off let me start off by saying WAY TO GO on your loss so far. Secondly I'm new here and I'm trying to meet new people. I was over weight most of my life. I lost weight for the first time when I was about 33-34 yrs old. I was able to lose 65 pounds. Over time I gained back about 1/2 , but now I'm here to see if this helps me get motivation to stay on track for more then 2 days... lol

I wish you continued success with your weight loss:)

Hi there! I am 25 and have also had weight problems all my life. I almost weighed 200 lbs when I was 23, and I stand only 5 ft 3 in. I joined weight watchers and lost over 60 lbs. I've put about 15 back on due to a new job , a big move and lots of stress. I'm going to Vegas in 3 months and just started training to get back in shape. I have a bum knee (which was reconstructed when I was 21) but try to push through any temptation to give up during a work out. I think this site is a good, free alternative to weight watchers in which I can manage my calories and put things back in to perspective. A former boss once told me "nothing tastes as good as thin" so each day I think about what bikini I want to buy or what jeans I want to fit back into. When I'm at the gym I keep thinking of this and push through! I wish you the best of luck because I know it isn't easy (or cheap to eat healhty!) but the end results are so worth it all :) I wish you the best of luck :)
