Hi Guys,
I have been doing interval training for a few weeks, and am enjoying it 100% more than stead state cardio. To me this seems to indicate it's worth continuing with.
Currently I walk (6.5kph) for 90 secs and then run (12.5kph) for 60 secs.
I'm thinking I might switch this to walk 6.5kph for 60 secs, then run 14kph for 30 secs.
So effectively I am lengthening my rest to work ratio, but am working harder during the "work" part.
Does this sound like it would be ok?
Thanks
