Going to give this a shot. I have a very stressful job, paramedic, and that makes it difficult to eat healthy things. I'm guessing that is the reason why I've gained forty pounds since I've started the job. Any tips for someone new to working out? Also friends/ people that want to yell at me to workout more would be nice.
